Hi!
I got my PR approved this year however, I had to leave Canada before receiving my PR card. I gave my friend's address in Canada and the card got mailed to his address. I need to travel back to Canada now but I don't have my PR card with me. Is it risky or illegal if my friend mails the card to me? Can it be confiscated? What are the options to travel back without PR card without the PRTD route.
