Travelling To Canada for First time via third country

Hello,

I will be travelling to Toronto in May for the first time. I got my Visa and Co-PR through Express Entry Program.

I would like to know whether I can travel from any third country (obviously with visa) and not my home country for the first time.

Someone told me that you need to travel from your home country for the first time and you may denied entry if travel from any other country since your visa and Co-Pr has been issued from your own country.

note- I want to travel from Dubai to toronto but I am Indian Passport Holder and my Co-PR and Visa has been issued from New Delhi IRCC.

Yes, it's fine. You can travel from anywhere. You won't be denied entry.
