Travelling on feb 7 Need Help!

They said “Government of Canada-approved hotel for three nights”
Where is the list of those hotels?
How can i book them?
Do i need to book a hotel in advance?
Or they will arrange one for me after testing?
Who will take me to the hotel?

i wonder why they just announced the half info.
Moreover, hotels can be booked below $1000 for 14 days
And govt is saying three days will cost a person $2000

This isn’t a normal hotel stay. There will be security, public health, transportation to the hotel, covid testing. It is unclear when the system will be in place.
