Did anyone travelled to France with RTD and PR. i was wondering that do we need visa to travel to France with RTD? If yes, thats the process.

Believe you need a visa. Contact the French embassy or consulate in Canada to ask.

If you're traveling with RTD, you always need a visa to enter France. There's no difference in applying before or after becoming a permanent resident in Canada.
