Travelling after e-APR

Hello,

We have received ITA and are about to submit e-APR application

Once we submit the e-APR, can we travel to country where we already lived more than 6 months, is it okay or will they ask for updated PCC later from that country during COPR or landing?

You're absolutely ok with the travelling, post e-APR submission.

I have a very similar situation.
Technically, once you submit your eAPR then you're done as your application freezes at the time when you submitted it.
But what if you got rejected for any reason after your trip? You'll have to provide a new PCC.
My advice is issuing a new PCc before leaving as cic is so unpredictable
