Yes PPR email does mention the visa office/vfs/embassy where you have to submit your passport. However, you can email them on the email mentioned in PPR email to allow you to submit passport in a different country and usually they allow this.

Thanks for the response. Submit in a different country meaning the VO/embassy in a different country?
What if I did not want to change the country? Can I just FedEx/DHL my passports to the VO or need to use an agency? I have no clue what's the process after PPR email.
Also do I have to raise a CSE for changes in my contact information? It's not like that I don't have my house or phone number anymore, I'm just abroad for a while

1.Yes it means in a different country.
2. I don't know about your particular country, but in my country (Pakistan) it is illegal to send passport through courier out of country so it varies from country to country.
3. If this travel is long term and you expect to receive PPR during this time then you should inform them

3. OK but why? The application is frozen after AOR. The reason they ask me to update Contact Information, is to make sure we don't lose touch. Why should I let them know I'm traveling?

Because they need to send you passport request. Like in my case, before I could inform them they issued me a passport request to submit in UAE, while I had traveled back to my home country, so I had to send them another request to allow me to submit passport in my country rather than UAE. You should only update the address if you are expecting PPR in that time.

It comes through email but you have to physically submit your passport. And the location to submit that passport would be according to your address in their database
Do they extend the limit as I am in Canada and right now there is Canada post strike and Xmas vacation coming?
I have got my PPR yesterday and now in dilemma as I want to travel on 11th jan and everything is fixed. I cannot postpone it as I am going for my marriage and If I submit my passport I don't know hoe long it will take?
If you have any information please provide me
