Hey, I’m a protected person in Canada. I have a travel document or refugee travel document and I’ll just wondering can I travel outside of Canada with a travel document while my PR is in process and come back to Canada without a problem? Or do I have to wait for my pr to travel.

You can travel now. Just make sure you don't visit your home country.

Yes, you can generally travel outside Canada with a refugee travel document while your PR is in process. However, ensure your document is valid for re-entry, check visa requirements for your destination, and avoid traveling to your home country, as it may affect your status. It's best to confirm with IRCC before traveling.
