Hello, Thanks for replying to my earlier questions.

My wife currently has a valid F1 Visa and a valid STEM extension OPT Card. She also got her H1B visa approved this year in consular processing I797B but stamping is not done.

1- Can she do a soft landing in Canada and come back to US without stamping using her F1-STEM OPT?
2- Can she start commuting everyday from Canada to US on F1-OPT and go for stamping later?
