Hey,

After flagpoling & validating CoPR, can I drive from Toronto to New York via road and my private vehicle? Will I get entry into Canada again with CoPR? PR Card is still processing. Please advise.

If you have a US visa, then yes you can visit the US and go back to Canada with your private vehicle using the CoPR. If no, then no you can't enter the US without a visa. Good Luck!
 
went to US last week for Black Friday shopping, no questions asked on both sides , in US side just US B1/B2 visa.. when came back just showed COPR/passport and i noticed all our passports are not even stamped while getting in..
