Travel to US for 2 year- Arrange employement PR application in process

Hi,
I started my job in Nov 2010 with valid work permit. I had applied for PR under arranged employment in Feb 2011 and I need to travel to US in sept 2012 on an assignment. Employer remains the same. Does it have any impact on the PR application.

It does not affect the Canadian application.
You just need to inform your VO about the change of address, and if it will be for a longer period of time you may want to transfer your file to a US VO (but not unnecessary).
