Hi,
My sister got PNP from Nova Scotia and she is planning her travel from New Delhi-Halifax.
Most of the flights are via Toronoto or Montreal.
Will it be problem for her to do Port of Entry at Toronto which is not the provience which sponsered her for PNP.
I read that if she has an onward Ticket to Nova Scotia and address for PR card at to be sent in NS,then it is fine?
She will not have a problem. If asked by the border agent, she should show them her flight ticket from Toronto to N.S
