I applied to the Sep21 intake in Lambton and am currently applying for a study permit. However, I am unable to wrap my head around the confusion that classes are not yet decided to be done as online or hybrid.
If the classes are to be done online, can one travel to Canada? even if the classes are online?
We know for a fact that classes being online doesn't affect the PGWP thing, and the studies to take online or in-campus both count towards the duration of your study. So no confusion on that end, however, If one intends to, can he/she travel to Canada even if the classes are online?

Won't be done looking by the trend, in that case no one in the world will be eligible for PGWP as everyone who applied in 2020 would had exceeded their 50% limit.

Well, taking classes online is an option, not a compulsion. Those, who already have completed their 50% online part, may be asked to complete the rest 50% in person. While the ones applying recently may be asked to complete an initial 50% online while staying back home. In this manner, they may also be able to control the traffic coming their way reducing the total number of persons physically present there and hence claiming to reduce the COVID spread.
