Yes, I got the passport stamped via VFS earlier this year. I haven't travelled to Canada yet.

Are you mistaken? Because in the website below, it still read: "Exemptions for fully vaccinated travellers who are eligible to enter Canada are expected in early July. Current travel restrictions still apply."

If you got covaxin then you have to quarantine. Look at siberia(indians dont need a visa) and mexico as an option
