I am Indian student and lives in Kuwait, I have already received student visa for Canada from 31.12.2020, I am having query about travel restriction for Canada
I am planning to travel by Kuwait to Canada on near about 19 Feb 2021, due to travel restriction I would like to know can I travel or not on this period
As per my understanding traveler must PCR certificate (Negative) and Quarantine 14 days (after arrival in Canada), Kindly advise me for travel If I will fulfill this requirement
