Travel support letter not received

Hi all, visa has been stamped but travel support letter hasn't arrived in GC key. What should I do next?

Do you mean the Point of Entry "letter"? Give it time; sometimes, it takes longer to show up.

Also, as the above is asking, not all visa types do need that. If it is for a study permit, give it time.

I think the person meant the point of entry so they can be issued a study permit when they arrive?

But, some of my friends received the same.

My wife traveled last December and I don't remember if she carried any such letter to board the flight. It may be required but as we all know that every person has a different experience at port of entry. So if any such letter is received in gckey then its better to carry it while boarding the flight.
