I am in presently in Canada and have got my Passport stamped recently. I am planning to get my Visa stamped from a Canadian port of entry based on the COPR. I heard that it takes more than 50 days to get your PR card once you have got your visa stamped from a port of entry and that you need to carry your PR card with you whenever you are entering Canada.

In another 2 weeks I need to travel out of Canada for around 3 months. Is it OK if I am traveling out of Canada without my PR card? I would have my PR card with me before I enter Canada after 3 months.

Please suggest.

Yes, that's OK. As long as you have worked out how you will return. You don't need the PR card to leave Canada.
