Travel Itinerary

Would it cause any problem if in the visa application I show a travel itinerary but at the time of the travel I chose some other flight on other day?

I don't think so, because as soon as they approve your TRV, you're free to enter Canada in any way shape or form, to any city you want. And I don't think the border officers have access to your TRV application and cross reference your current flight information with the old one. They just want to see if you have a return ticket, enough funds, not planning on working, have a place to stay, etc.
