Hi, I’m applying for my PR through the common law partner inland option. For the for IMM5562 I(principal anpplicant) added my travel information, do we need to add my partner’s (sponsor) travel history as well. She’s a Canadian citizen, do they not have her information when we provide the passport number?

No, spousal sponsors do not need to provide travel history.
