My study Permit got refused two times now based on my travel history and purpose of visit.
Please where should I travel to, so I can build up a good travel history and how can I fix the issue of the Purpose of visit.

I have no travel history and my purpose of visit was just to study and I clearly stated my purpose. The first and second time but still got refused.

State your personal information, such as what is your current education level? What program and major did you apply for? It is usually because you applied for a lower level program than what you have now. For example, you have a masters degree but you are applying a bachelors program, sometimes even another masters program.
