No, I had my oath last week. I had though tons of buffer days. I also have been already 9 years in Canada and only applied this year as I am not in a rush. I am fully settled here and will stay here forever. I strongly believe that your overall circumstances make a difference in how smoothly the process goes. On paper you have to “just” fulfill exactly the requirements but in reality the smoothness of the process I believe relies on more.

You can make a FOIA request from CBP. It will take quite a bit of time, so you will have to keep IRCC informed that you submitted the request and are waiting for a response.
