Travel history under 18 years old

Hello guys,

I came to Canada when I was 16 years old, but I don't remember any information, such as my status (visa) and homestay address. I was too young during that period. I had a legal guardian, but I haven't talked to her since 8 years ago. Should I include all the travel history under 18 years old?
