Travel History Question

What details are included in Travel history? Does document type(passport) is included? Because a friend of mine renewed her own country passport used it for travel to another country. Now she is worried it might come up in her travel history.

Travel history means exactly as it sounds, all details of travel overseas. Yes, if you are applying for TRV or PR, you will have to include all pages of passport which has immigration stamps or visas for foreign travel.
You mean renewed passport as a PR in Canada? Was she a refugee claimant?

No she’s not PR yet she has her she’s a has a application for it and she has a travel document as well

There is a possibility that they may revoke her refugee status as she has renewed and travelled on her home country passport. She will need to include this information or risk misrepresentation. She is better off to be honest, as misrepresentation is a serious offence in the eyes of IRCC.
