I have been in UK from 2008 till 2016 as student. I have visited my home country 2 times for couple of weeks during that period. Currently I m at my home country since 2016. How should I write my travel history?

Option 1:
08 Aug, 2008 to 14 Aug, 2016 ------ Home Country to UK
12 May, 2012 to 30 May, 2012 -------UK to Home Country
15 Dec, 2015 to 08 Jan, 2016 -------UK to Home Country

Option 2:
08 Aug, 2008 to 11 May, 2012 --------Home Country to UK
12 May, 2012 to 30 May, 2012 -------UK to Home Country
31 May,2012 to 14 Dec, 2015 --------Home Country to UK
15 Dec, 2015 to 08 Jan, 2016---------UK to Home Country
