Travel History Issue. Please help

When I applied for my study and work permits in Canada I didn't mention two trips to different countries, I forgot about them. Now I am filling the travel history section for permanent residence applications and I would like to include them. Would this be suspicious as to why I never mentioned these trips at my previous applications? Can they compare travel history for study/work permits and express entry one?

Thanks. Maybe you could advise me on one more thing. I travelled to the USA from Canada many times, back and forth. All of the trips were short, maximum one week. The problem is that I had so many trips that there is no way I could recall every single one. What should I do in this case?

You can request a record of your entrances to the USA online, same place you ask for your I94.

The problem is that it only gives you the record for the past 5 years and they want for 10...
