Hi All,
I am sponsoring my husband. He is a Pakistani but lives and works in Dubai as a truck driver. For his work he is required to take loads from Dubai to Saudi Arabia once in a week and he is doing the job for past 7 years.
His passports are full of entry/ exit stamps. How can I record his travel History? As it’s really hard to figure out all the stamps and his passport is a mess.
Anyone experienced such situation before? Please help
Since it's regular weekly travels for work, you can simply use a separate sheet of paper to explain that instead of putting in hundreds of exactly the same entries in the travel history form.
Explanation sheets are allowed and you are encouraged to use them for anything that might cause confusion or suspicion for IRCC. I mean, if you really wanted to, you could print a ton of papers with every single entry and exit, but it seems unnecessary and excessive.
Write an explanation sheet and the officer can then check that against the stamps in the passport and confirm your story.
Explanation sheets are your own, so it can be just a normal plain peace of paper and you can write it in any word processing program (such as Word, yes).
Make sure to specify at the top or in the header what the explanation is for, what form and/or question it relates to, and you can use a paper clip to attach it to the form it belongs to.
