Hi,
e APR requires you to have past ten years of travel history.
From those ten years I have lived the past five years in canada on student visa and work visa.
I have went back to South korea twice and visited USA once.
Do I have to list that as travel history? Is visiting South Korea (my home country) considered travel?
I believe, we have to list all the countries traveled even it is very short trip.

No. Travel between residence country and home country are not required to be declared on travel history.

Sorry, disagree. But I am not 100% sure. The OP is suggested to contact IRCC to ask.
Where do you live now.
If you are currently living in Canada, there's no need to list trips between Canada and South Korea, but you do need to list trips to the States
While its not required to mention the travel details between home country and country of residence, its always better to do so. As its often seen that in such cases the VOs ask for full detailed travel history again via ADR.
