When applying for citizenship one of the item in checklist says
All biographical pages of passports and/or travel documents covering five(5) year eligibility period.
I have been in Canada for little over 3 years so I believe my documents should cover documents from last 3 years, do I still need to submit 5 years travel/passport history or after becoming PR (3+ years) is fine?

The eligibility period is 5 years, no exception.
As for travel documents, many passports are valid for 5-10 years so as long as your passport is valid during the 5 year preceding your application submit a photocopy of that passport. If the first 2 out of 5 years you have another passport, which is already expired, submit a copy of it too.
If you only got your first passport 3 years ago and have never been out of the country before, then submit an explanation along with your application.
