I applied for travel document since August 8th (more than 2months) . Everytime I send a webform to enquire I get an automated reply. I then tried to call immigration and they said that they forwarded my file to the application Agent as it was unopened yet, I explained by reason of urgency to travel to the immigration agent who answered my call and she said she will put it on my file.It’s been 3weeks haven’t heard anything , I called them back few days ago , and another agent told me still my file is not open yet. What can I do? I really need to travel asap . Please help. Tired of waiting going 3months now
