Travel Document Renewal

Good evening,

I am an approved refugee claimant who recieved approval for a meeting regarding PR before the COVID situation; however, the PR meeting has been postponed for the time being. I have a refugee travel document with a Saudi Arabian visa and would like to know if renewing the visa will bring over the visa.
I'd also like to know how to go about renewing the Travel document.

1. You are probably in for a long wait since RTDs are not being processed at this time, read the link you posted.

Just a side question: have you travelled to KSA without a PR Card? Which type of visa have you applied for? If you don't mind sharing, please let us know your experience.

You will get Travel documents. If you are protected person, i mean with a positive decision you can get your travel documents anytime and travel. (Except current COVID-19 situation.)

Hi there, You can go to Saudi Arabia with travel documents only for Umrah or Hajj only if you have Canadian PR.
Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait does not recognize or accept Canadian Refugee Travel documents.

As far i know after contracting Saudi Embassy, you cannot travel with RTD with out PR. PR must. Good luck

Believe the only exception is if you are doing the Hajj.
