Travel Canada with Spouse and child

I have valid job offer and work permit approval letter and passport was stamped before 18th March under work visa, am I eligible to travel Canada along with my wife and child ? my wife is under open work permit with no job offer and my child is under visitor visa

You need to contact your local office. Would look through the travel restrictions again. You will see that spouses and children of non-PRs or citizens need special permission to enter Canada due to covid if the spouse doesn’t have a job.
