Hi everyone,
My permanent residence is in France but I am currently in Canada (as a tourist), working remotely for a British company that has no ties to Canada. As such, my understanding is that I have to write that my residence is in Canada.
However, if I were to travel to another country for a significant period of time (2 months) before returning to Canada, would I say that the other country is my country of residence (as, like with Canada, I am there as a tourist but working remotely)? Or should I say that for all this period of time, my country of residence is France and that I am only in Canada and other countries as a tourist?
Thank you
