I have my trv till September 30th which i got as a result of my 2 year study visa. I need to travel to India on December. I have recently applied for my trv but its decision is still on process. Can i travel woth expired trv ???

You can certainly leave Canada. However you need to have a valid TRV to be able to fly back to Canada.
