Can I travel to USA for 4 days after I receive my ITA?
I didn't submit my PR application yet and I will mention this trip on my application later
I worked in Canada now and I have visa-exempt passport. I didn't stay in USA for more than 6 months before (even combined my travel history for 10 years)
Thanks
Yes, you can do this. However, you might want to get a PCC from the US even if you haven't stayed there for six months. If you have spent a few months there over the past 10 years, it's quite possible that the officer examining your file may ask for it.
If it's only a few days (say less than a month), then don't bother unless you get asked.

I only travelled to US for tourism ~ mostly 2-3 days per trip and fews 5 days max.
I calculated my trip to US for 10 years... only about 50 days
I should be good right? thanks

Yes, I would be surprised if you were asked for a PCC for that.
