Travel after applying for my new bord child sponsership

Me and My wife have a PR in Canada, my wife give birth to our child outside Canada.

If i applied to sponsorship my newly born child from inside Canada. Then after that I traveled outside Canada and stayed for a year, how that will affect my sponsorship application?

You should expect the sponsorship application to be refused. You must be living in Canada while the application is being processed. You can take short trips outside of Canada (e.g. 2-3 weeks) - but need to spend the majority of your time in Canada while the application is being processed.
