Hi All,
I have received the PPR from CHC, New Delhi. But I am currently in Singapore due to my job. What are my options to submit my Passport to CHC,New Delhi from Singapore and procure it safely back in Singapore.
Is there any possibility that If I request CHC, New Delhi to have my visa stamped from CHC, Singapore? Please share your experiences.

I'm in similar situation in thailand. If I fly to Delhi, it seems they take 4 weeks minimum. I can't be away from Job for so long.
