Hi everyone,

I am going to apply for citizenship and I was wondering if I need to send in the translation of the entry/exit stamps in my passport at the time of application?

I checked the application checklist and help and I could not find any requirement as such. However, I remember from previous posts that some people translated the entry/exit stamps in their passport as part of the citizenship application.

Any clarification on this matter is appreciated.

It is not required. Others do it at their own initiative because they are afraid that on the day of interview officer may ask for these and this will delay the process. It is up to you. If you have stamps with non-standard dates (hijri arabic calendar, persian calendar, arabic script for numbers), it is likely they will ask for them. Usually they either ask for stamp translation in the interview invitation letter or during the interview or after the interview (or not ask at all).
