Yes, translate this and also attach the affidavit from the translator and stamp from notary public. You can get it done from translators near model town high court if you are based in Lahore.

Translation of CNIC is not required , your CNIC data is read / associated with your passport details.
Do not waste time on this.
I have never done for this either for Canadian Immigration nor for any visa application

It's upto you SBS44. But I will insist you to do translation of CNIC to be on the safer side as it is clearly stated in document checklist to translate document if it is not in English language. If you have smart CNIC you are good to go.

Passport is the only document of identity.

why do u want to submit CNIC when u have passport. Passport is enough to prove everything.

Submitting ID Card is a requirement in checklist.

it clearly says if applicable. you don't need it for sure if you have above.. (mind changed.. its good to give as much as u can)
