Translation of a driver abstract( authentication letter)

Dear Sir

I read that as a foreighn driver, I should bring a letter of authentication of my driving license indicating that i have been driving more than 2 years .

could you please let me know how to translate it ! is any certified ontario translation is accepted or it should be done in my embassy in canada?
