Hi everyone,
Does anyone have personal experience on whether Turkish entry and exit stamps need to be translated?
The dates are in latin however the words entry and exit are in Turkish.
Thanks!
Entry/exit stamps for Turkish airports should be both in English and Turkish? I haven't encountered any issues in terms of having those stamps on my passport pages (I am Turkish, I have quite a few of those).
Turkey's entry/exit stamps, like this, are
not required to be translated.
Ps.: IRCC also understands the meaning of giriş/çıkış

Do it to be safe. The last thing you need is a rescheduled interview especially given the great backlog right now.

Did you end up translating those Turkish stamps?

Hi, I know this is a very old topic but couldn’t find my answer anywhere else.
So there is no need to translate entry and exit stamps that are in Turkish? I have only two stamps in Turkish and not quite sure that either I should get them translated or not. I’d appreciate your input.

I got my Turkish stamp translated. If I recall correctly, they do not say Entry / Exit in English (Giris/Cekis). Only the date is in English.
