Certified translator option is more likely for inland candidates

If Outlander You should go for an affidavit translator, meaning search the nearest translation office ask them to translate the Document and most importantly get it sealed and notarized by public notary.

Yes only make sure that the translator can notarize it for you. A translator himself must appear to a notry public and both sign and stamp the translated Document/s and the notry public takes a copy in file and seal it (usually with a large sticker to not add or remove anything from or into it). Fees May apply as applicable.
Try to add all documents once to cut cost. For example birth certificate, PCC, maybe social security and taxation documents (which might you need in proof of work). Etc..
