translated docs. notarization Dubai/UAE for OINP

hey guys

i read many threads discussing if translated docs such as birth certificate need to be notarized, and i concluded for OINP we must do it.

do you know where in dubai we can find "certified translator accredited by ATIO" as stated in the OINP guide.
or the process to translate/notarize in dubai ?
