Transit Visa

Hi,

My parents are travelling from India to attend my wedding in Jamaica.(there is no direct flight from India to Jamaica without stopping in either canada or USA ) Unfortunately they got rejected in their B1/B2 visa for USA. I did some research and found out that Canadian transit visa is very easy and approval is within 10 days. Can anyone help in getting me the link/Procedure. I always end up in VFS site with no option to select transit.

Also do i need to have their booking done and then apply for transit ? or get an approval for transit and then book their flights and accommodation ?

I did some research and found out that Canadian transit visa is very easy and approval is within 10 days.

I would not assume it is easy to get transit visas and/or that approvals are possible within 10 days. It could be quite the contrary. You'll find at least a couple of cases in the first page of this forum where decisions for transit visas have been delayed.

They must include evidence of their travel itinerary.

BTW they must declare their US visa refusals along with any refusals for any other country (if applicable)
