My husband who is stateless from kuwait recieved PPR for sponsorship. His passport is currently in Abu Dhabi VO. Im just wondering for when he buys his plane ticket, would he need to worry about a transit visa if he was flying through German airlines, Turkish, London, etc?? Im trying to find info online, but it’s difficult! His passport is a article 17 passport but if he is getting a Canada visa stamp in his passport, would they care what type of passport he has?
