Transferred to VO before Medical request?

Hi,

I received AOR on Jan 25, BR Feb 2, SA Feb 9 and today i received that they transferred the application to the visa office in Amman, Jordan.

I did not receive a Medical request yet. Is that normal? do they skip medical's for some people?

Don't get hung up on certain steps because each application gets processed differently but I can guarantee that medicals will not be skipped.
