Hello all... please guide.

Do the previous university transcripts I am sending to Canadian Universities, need to be on a uni.letterhead only?

Because I had the photocopies of my transcripts which I got signed/attested,stamped and then got them sealed in Uni. Envelope. Wont they work for an Indian student?
