I had requested for transcripts from VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University , Karnataka ) mentioning the purpose and the format that i require the same in.
It is very disheartening that I have got it with no sign and seal on the flap of the envelope.
The envelope has been stapled and it has a faint seal on the back of the envelope which like i mentioned is not even visible .
Would appreciate if anyone who is aware/successful with this advice me how to get it in the format required by WES .

It is a frustrating procedure to get a proper transcript from Indian universities. I had to get in a fight with the issuing person at my university. In your case, if the transcript is sign and stamped correctly inside, ask them print some kind of university stamp on the back of an envelope. You can put a plastic tape on it afterwards.
