Hello Seniors from India (particularly from maharashtra),
I am new to putting up my comments but have read a lot in this forum. I am thru with my WES preparation. However, for additional spouse points in CRS, i need to get transcripts for my wife's HSC & other cources (Interior design & Management diploma from Welingkars). Rest are covered but I have no clue as to whom to contact for my wife's HSC Transcripts. I called Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education but no one picks up call in their mumbai office. Whom to contact? Has anyone given HSC transcripts? Please advise procedure.
PS: She doesn't have a degree certificate so need to put HSC. 3.5 years SNDT Mumbai University certificate is there but is is s till a DIPLOMA.
As far as I understand, evaluation of highest degree is required.
So, Attested copies of diploma mark sheets from SNDT should suffice. Please check it out again before going for HSC evaluation.

This is strange!! I managed to reach them by calling (after I put this post) and they said related college will give transcripts and not their board. Guess, will have to pay them visit and on the way meet college people also. Thanks for taking time to reply. Appreciate it much!!

Hi, just wanted to update the procedure for this, now that I have concluded.
For HSC, go to vashi board office, fill up a form (window 7 I guess) and pay 100/- per verification /attestation. Max copies they give per day is 2 for each marksheet & passing certificate. Cash counter is till 3pm only. Won't take after that. They ask you to come after 15-20 days, collect attested copies and ask them to put in envelop that you will get and put seal. They were very reluctant to sign envelop or fill up academic record request form. Got mine done after a lot of perseverance. If they don't budge, send verified copy of passing certificate in sealed envelop with hsc board stamp and send to wes along with covering letter. Hope it helps.
WES evaluates highest qualification. In my case (principal applicant), my wife did hsc and then did interior design Diploma of 3.5 years, so, had to get her hsc evaluated for spousal points.
hmmm , same case with me . my wife has completed HSC , No college . discontinued after 1 yr college .
So I choose None or less than secondary ..... so I get no points out of her ..
Completing hsc gives you 2 points spousal criteria and a long shot would be to claim 1 year post secondary fr another few points. You need to get eca done for your wife you want to include those points. If 2 for hsc and additional 4 for 1 more year of study (if wes evaluates), are important enough points, then spend in getting her eca done
How does this e-verification process of Maharashtra board works for ECA by WES? My spouse completed 12th from Dhulia (not completed graduation). I am planning to get ECA done for that, as my points total will be 447 once my ECA is done. These 2 marks will take total to 449.

I went to Vashi today @ Sector 16A and filled up the application form for my and my wife's 10th and 12th Marksheet for a safer side just in case WES requires it.
They charge Rs 400 per verification and they called me after 15 days. I am told to get an envelope and the WES address written so that they can seal it. Please carry the envelope else they will not seal it.
They expect that you do everything.
I hope that is it for SSC and HSC evaluation and I will not have to go to Colleges.
