I have 2 questions

1) How do I know if need to verify my documents through WES or IQAS ?
2) My college will give me sealed transcripts but will not send directly to WES or IQAS .. Will they accept it ?

For 1. Visit website of WES and see if your college / university is listed there. if yes, go with WES.
For 2: For WES you can send documents yourself if University gives you sealed envelop.
