I am doing WES process for Canada Immigration and have below questions –
I have done Bachelor of Engg with Production stream from Mumbai University (Year of Passing – 2004).
1. I heard that Mumbai University is not doing attestation for coursed before 2008 directly. – Please let me know the process for this.
2. When I passed - out of 8 semesters only 3 belongs to university (2, 7 and 8), so for college sem I have to do attestation from college alone or for both college and university.
3. While doing engg I cleared few sems in more than one attempt so I have multiple mark sheets for this. eg for sem II I have 2 mark sheets. Do I need to get attestation for both?

First of all, you need transcripts not attested documents. Be clear on that.
for Transcripts, visit your University about it.
If you did half education in college and half in university, then visit your college as well and ask for procedure on transcripts.
