Anybody has applied for WES evaluation post Dec 1, 2018. It seems WES has changed the requirements where they need all the documents sent by University only. They are no more accepting documents(Transcripts) from Agents, candidates or consultants.
Can Utkal university sent transcripts directly to WES Canada?
